iOS 9.3.2 Releases a New Update

Yesterday Apple launched a new version of iOS 9.3.2 to resolve an iPad Pro issue that had become bricked after users updated to iOS 9.3.2. The new version of iOS 9.3.2 for iPad Pro users is available for download over-the-air and open to users whose devices have not previously updated to the latest release of iOS 9.

A Car Manufacturer’s Approach to Revenue Growth

Earlier this week, Volkswagen announced that they would be turning to mobility services as part of their strategy to drive future revenue. In conjunction with the company’s new strategy, Volkswagen signed a cooperation with a ride-hailing company, Gett, that involves a $300 million investment in the company. As Volkswagen Chief Executive Matthias Mueller puts it, “In future, our core product will not be just the car... Our core product, our promise to customers, is mobility.” More on the story here.

Mobile Benefits for HR with Zenefits

Mobility is permeating throughout the enterprise as more and more business units are looking to the service as a competitive advantage. This week, payroll and human resource software startup, Zenefits, launched their first mobile app to “put HR in your pocket.” The Zenefits app is currently only available on iOS devices, but an Android version will be available soon.
