A message from our CEO - our top priority - You

To MobileIron Customers,

Like the rest of the world, I’ve been tuned into the hourly developments regarding COVID-19, and the impact it is having on our business and personal lives. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this situation.

Since our inception, MobileIron has lived by the core value of being a partner and “of service” to our customers. I’d like to take a moment to assure you that we have had no interruptions in our business, and we don’t anticipate any. All our services are up and running 24X7, and our customer support teams around the globe are available and committed to providing the same always-on service you have come to expect.

As we continue to adhere to the rapidly changing federal and global guidelines from the CDC and WHO to protect the health and safety of our employees yet still maintain an “always on business” for our customers, the vast majority of our employees are now working remotely. To protect the health and safety of everyone, the entire industry is cancelling or pushing events out to much later dates and we have followed suit. And we are quickly converting some of our planned events, including our partner roadshows and customer events, to virtual ones.

As more of your employees transition to working from home, we are here to make it easier. Whether you are considering issuing more corporate-owned devices or enabling a BYOD program for employees who are now at home and who need to connect securely and seamlessly to corporate applications, our UEM platform can help you. Please reach out to your local MobileIron sales representative to assist you.
